How Old do you Feel?

I was watching tv with my husband tonight and one of the characters said something along the lines of “I still feel 17 in my head” (although they were much older (50’s maybe).

Anyway, made me wonder (cuz I’ve heard that said before many times), how old are u in ur head/heart? Do u feel weird knowing ur numerical age if it’s very different than how old u feel internally?

Just wondering.

I recently had a pretty big birthday and one of the reoccurring thoughts in my head has been how did I get here.   It happened so fast! 

I'll never again be able to take a running jump and leap onto the back of a horse. I'm not as flexible as I used to be and I surely no longer move at the speed of light.

 I don't know if the term I would use would be "weird", it's more unnerving than weird.
