 I don't have a lot of debt, but it is more than I am comfortable with.

You are a responsible person, try to view it as building credit, which is important to do.

But pay the damn thing off!! Every month! Easier said than done (BTDT) but the interest rate on cc bills? It’s insane. We pay ours off now every cycle and insist our adult kids do the same (my daughter isn’t listening too well). Thankfully she was only given a $2k limit on hers.
