The only time my little sister calls me is when she needs money which was today. I normally always give it to her, but I'm sick of that shit. Her ridiculous dream of being a personal trainer and starting an organic juice business didn't work out all that great. Go start a cleaning business and actually do some real fucking work bitch, that's what I did for 20 years. It's really easy, all you need is a car, some cleaning supplies and a cheap ad. She's one of those LBGTQ freaks that thinks everyone owes her something, that's why she's a loser. I think I'll text her a picture of the $30,000 taj mahal quartzite counter tops I just ordered.

I put quartzite counters in our last home (kitchen remodel around 2016).

I mean I have sympathy for people that didn’t have the same opportunities as me but my siblings?? My parents gave us an equal amount of opportunity growing up so I don’t feel too badly for my sister and her fucked up choices along the way.

My mom loaned her $100k to buy the house my sister lives in now. According to the trust documents, my brother and I will each get $100k when we settle that to balance things out. My SISTER thinks my mom “forgave” her that loan.  But that’s not in the trust and what she might not understand is she’s actually getting a deal. $100k fifteen years ago isn’t $100k today. Plus she gets to keep all the appreciation on the house even though my mom was on title. Wish me luck explaining that to her. She’s going to freak out about me and my brother each getting $100k more; no matter the logic/math.
