Taking y’all on my wild ride with my mom’s trust and siblings (whether u like it or not).

Woke up to a text from my brother this morning (he and I are co-trustees). 

“Do you care if I take mom’s car?”.

Me: “I don’t care but (sister) might care a lot. Have you checked its blue book value?”.

Him: “This is where we might have to vote her out”.

face/palm. Nooooo, that would be illegal/immoral.

Me: “That would be like (sister) taking a piece of jewelry without recompense; we can’t do that from a fiduciary standpoint”.

Him: “oh, okay I guess”.

Your sister is lucky having a sister like you! 

Thanks Cars. She really is fucking lucky, lol. My brother would…god knows what if he didn’t have me looking over his shoulder.
