Yeah…I can imagine that!
I’m going to have to do some massage/stretching work but right now I’m like oh, hell no. I can see the benefit of inducing the avalanche in the not distant future but I’m not ready for that yet. But I think it’s a good preemptive practice.
Someone (non professional) suggested I use a foam roller under my back yesterday and I thought they were insane. That would hurt like hell right now. Maybe when I get home and don’t have to deal with social gatherings. I think it (or a deep massage) would help but probably hurt like crazy right now.
On the plus side my healing, fractured foot is like fiiiine, now. Foot pain? What foot pain? lol.
