Every damn thing is “smart” these days. All of the Roman shades we installed after we moved in are remote (or “smart”) controlled. It’s nice because we have 5 shades in just our bedroom (not to mention the other 3) and I can open or close all of them at once by pushing a button OR I can schedule them to open/close on my phone.
It’s all good but those fuckers need to be charged about once a year and then I have to walk around with my iPhone and update the stupid/smart schedule “within vicinity”. IDK why that’s become a PITA but it has.
