I will make sure I let my brother know that he is not managing my money correctly. I guess that is why he lives in a big house that is paid off and can pay cash for his son to attend Alabama at $26k a year.

I like the refund because I use it every year to do a project on the house. Last year it was wood floors in the LR and DR. And new tile in the kitchen. This year I am using it for smaller projects like painting and redoing the boys bedrooms. Possibly new carpet in their rooms too.
