I'll break it down dimwit dummy style for ya: As a woman, if you want to hook a marriageable military man your best bet is to NOT to be active duty in the military. Those men tend to not date military women....at least not seriously.

A mitigating factor was also this ...and this is going to sound mean as hell... (and I hope no guys here are ex-Navy)... but, I never really viewed most of the navy guys as "men". I saw the Marines as "men."
