Not gonna argue, I've been a fool before and probably will be again. It's the nature of wanting just one thing so bad you can practically taste it and having it seemingly forever out of reach. Makes a person make reckless choices.
I'm not making excuses for her or minimizing her hard life, it was no picnic for her for years with all those pricks. But she learned how to be ugly, and that's what she became. Thought maybe that wasn't the case. But it was.
