Don't apologize.

I don't hear crickets when I fall asleep but I do hear a symphony of peepers.

I love the sound of baby birds going to sleep, chirping in their nest.

Did you ever get a cricket in your house, that's not a good thing?!

I had a cricket in the office once. Drove the boss crazy, I thought it was funny.

Lately I go to sleep and wake up to the same mocking bird, damn thing never sleeps

Sometimes the quail wake me up.

Years ago living in the city drove me nuts, cars, loud music, arguments now its just woodpeckers, crickets frogs and some lady up the street singing her little heart out on the back porch. She's pretty good so it doesn't bother me.

That is awesome.

All the time. My son found a leopard gecko and of course brought it home for me to take care of it and it will only eat live crickets. So I have to buy the crickets at the pet store and sometimes they escape out of the terrarium and chirp all night. I've gotten used to it.

Seeing a bag of those things in the pet store always wierded me out.
