It would be interesting to have more background information.
First, save the images from your computer onto a public server like Photobucket or Imagur.
Then, click on the image and copy the image URL at the top of the page.
Next, click on the image icon in the Mock comment/reply box (it's the one with the mountain and sun near the center).
Paste the image URL in the image icon and your image will appear directly in your comment/reply.
