It was devastating, disturbing and it affects me in a way that I wish I couldn't hear about it on the news because it is truly upsetting. The dog wore the animal to exhaustion and she stomped on its head. It still upsets me. Like there was young kids up north who were killing pengiuns. They have been caught and charged. We need to protect these critters and chuck offenders in with main population in prison and word will get around, and they will stop doing it. Prisoners will be furious at the cowards.
