Sorry to post again... but when i saw she was getting on the stand, the TV announcers were saying she was going to proffer evidence, I've never heard of a defendant doing that... is that something that is done? I've heard of a witness doing that like an expert witness being proffered. I was like you are wrong she is going to testify, i was so excited i started clapping my hands, i know i totally geeked out but i couldn't help it.
