It's a puppy I think. Either that or he's the smallest Boston Terrier on the planet.
Look again at the video and you can see they have a pint sized Poland Spring water bottle next to him for comparison to his size.
They may be breeding 'mini' Bostons by now and that would just be one more fucked up mutation of a good dog breed out there. I dunno... it's still funny as fuck. I've had this video for years now and it never gets old.
