I have no objection to President Trump's extreme vetting concept, including temporary halts in processing new visas and refugee applications AS LONG AS the purpose, criteria, and execution are constitutional, well-defined and justified.
Senators McCain and Graham's joint statement today sums up exactly how I feel about the Executive Order Trump signed on Friday.
Unfortunately, Trump responded predictably. He accused the senior senators of "trying to start World War III", which makes no sense, but whatever.
One move in the right direction -- it appears that the White House has been moved to remove green-card holders from the Executive Order altogether (unless they change their minds again).
