Looks like LA or DC . . . NOT Delaware (where the gun was found) . . . where he had no problem, as to Delaware's venue, when it appeared the now defunct plea deal, was a slam dunk.
So, the question becomes why Delaware, as the venue (in the first place), is now, an inappropriate or improper venue?
Looks like a personal or subject matter jurisdictional argument (explanation) is forthcoming . . . as to the need for one or both of the least often used venue challenges.
