Sounds just like Wal-mart. But as in any negotiating process you start high and go down from there. If you sell a car and say 7000.00 you usually end up knocking off something to be able to sell it and get it over with. Wal mart says you will sell your product to us for x amount if you don't they go someplace else. Then they want 1000 in a week or else the deal is off. They suck.
