Just to clarify: the Rosenbergs were Americans who spied for the Russians in the 1940s. Rod Rosenstein is in charge of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
Anyway, it seems really self-destructive to me for the Trump loyalists to keep pimping conspiracy theories about Rosenstein and the independent counsel's investigation.
The investigation was based on confirmed U.S. and international intelligence reports of Russian interference and there have been dozens of indictments and guilty pleas garnered thus far, including against Russian operatives who illegally hacked and released U.S. data to influence our elections.
The U.S. is showing the world's bad actors that we won't stand for illegal interference in our elections and will pursue those who attempt to undermine our democracy illegally, along with holding accountable compromising criminal activity by those associated with our highest elected officials.
