Flynn will get nothing. He will be exonerated. Next.

Mags, Flynn may well get a light sentence with no jail time, in consideration of his substantial cooperation.

But, he will most certainly not be 'exonerated'.  He already admitted to the crime for which he was charged, of which there's proof on tape.

I will let the judge decide if that was even legal. 

It's already been deemed legal Mags, by the Supreme Court.

And, Flynn's attorney has never challenged the legality surrounding the standard procedures of the U.S. Intelligence agencies in any of the court proceedings leading up to today's sentencing.

I think the judge knows the law full well and will disappoint you.
