Based on the crime that Meullar says Flynn committed, the "logan act" Kerry has done the same thing. Different laws for different people in America these days. It does set a precedent though and the cheerleaders in these attacks on the President are quite short sighted IMO.
Mueller did not charge Flynn with violating the Logan Act.
He charged Flynn with lying to the FBI.
If John Kerry was lobbying on behalf of foreign governments without registering as a foreign agent and then lied repeatedly about it to the FBI, he too would be subject to criminal charges.
