Depends on what you suppose is the scope of Russian interference. It really is nothing of particular consequence and the heightened outrage IS bullshit. Complete bullshit. 16 Russians were involved in a troll far that spent a comparatively tiny amount to the 1.5 billion spent by the candidates. The influence was almost negligible.
Was there an interference? Yes. Was it as big or larger than previous years? No. Did it warrant this big over the top response? No. Did Russia hack Podesta's emails and give them to WikiLeaks? No. Did Trump and his advisors work with and collude with the Russia's to overthrow the results of the election? No. Did the Russians spend as much as the $30 million that has been spent on the Mueller Probe? No. Will any Russians involved with this actually get any punishment? No. Has their interference harmed America? No. Has the over-reaction to the interference and the media hype, piss dossier, the Mueller Probe and the false narrative propaganda pushed by Americans hurt America? Yes.
