I also wonder if Christopher Watts killed the little girls before Shannann returned from her business trip.
I read that the girls were in the petro barrels for 4 days before being recovered and Shannann may have been buried in a shallow grave before being moved to the petro barrels.
Turns out, Christopher Watts did not report his wife and children missing. It was Shannann's friend who contacted police after Shannann missed a doctor's appointment, was a no-show for a scheduled outing, and wasn't answering calls/texts.
