Aliayah Lunsford, 3, West Va. missing
If Aliayah died due to overdose, illness or accident and somebody "concealed" the poor little body, what type of charges could that bring to the "guilty" party? Is there a law that addresses that kind of concealment, if the death was an accident? Does the death fall into the child abuse/neglect column? Or, Is failure to get medical attention a type of manslaughter?

"grrrrrr... why breed if you are going to hurt and or kill them?!!!" HopeDiamond...my thought exactly...
