Like so many other things, I'm afraid if I collect more facts I'll realize I should have been something more productive like sleeping or jerking off.

I'm a little pensive about ferreting out the details on this one myself, too close to home. Gotta get some work done this afternoon, so blissfully ignorant will not be shattered on this topic, today anyway.

Did I mention that I like Oregon? No town has filed bankruptcy there to the best of my knowledge (though I think one took out a $500k loan from its bank to avoid it). Sticking with CA, but still looking at other options.
