I am so in love with making food right now.
I made some gravy to go over the butternut squash and whatever else. It is so good. And I made it without any meat drippings, just used butter, oniions, garlic, thyme, a couple of sage leaves and rosemary leaves.
I never make gravy. I always have someone else make it during the holidays. I made extra and I keep tasting it and could eat it all. But I won't.
