I think Thursday I'm making smashed potatoes.
I take 2 bags of red potatoes and set the oven to 400 deg
I then take the 2 bags wash them and coat them with olive oil
They cook on an oiled and tin foil lined pan for 25 min
I take them out and just smash them down a little
1 stick of butter melted
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of oregano
mix it all togeter and pour on the potatoes
1 bag of mex shredded cheese put of top of it all
cook another 10 min at 400 deg
take out and put a dollup of sour cream
take some scissors to some fresh chives over the top and done
Finish the Porterhouse and marbled steaks on the cast iron pan
Done.
