AFAIK, it's a graphics driver for mobile devices that allows them to play low quality video, and also show photo's etc, without a seperate dedicated graphics card (or chip)

I got a new kickass laptop..all the bells & whistles but, I'm still learning my way around it...the webcam staring me in the face everytime I sit down is very unnerving, I'm tempted to cover it with a postit.

I HIGHLY suggest turning it on, setting up the live video to stream here, and then taking off all of your clothing immediately and then sitting in front of it for a few hours doing various things naked.
