I have a question about names being redacted, what MI law says you can't talk about a case that is happening if you have nothing to do with it? I could see where people involved wouldn't/couldn't talk about it, but the rest I'm at a loss with.

Any personal information (ie real names) that is put on the web could be spotted or sent to the prosecutor. He can then take that info, print it out, and use it as ammunition against Mayhem. As the case is not officially closed yet, we have to be very careful saying anything that can be used against us. Even from a goofy, meaningless Mock site.

Mentioning real names in a case that is not closed IS illegal, whether you believe it or not.

Second, I'm grateful Mayhem won't answer any questions as he is but a child with a mind of a a six year old, and his answers are silly and don't ring true (for example, he knows he can't be around a firearm yet insists he can).
