BFD I made a few errors. At least you can understand what I was saying. You have no clue how hard it was to understand Willy when he spoke. I know I suck at spelling. You're not telling me anything I dont already know, so fuck yourself Mr Perfect.

Our niggers are smarter than yours I think.
You probably couldn't understand him because he was smarter than you.

Of course they are. America has the dumbest niggers ever because when you mix Africans with a bunch of stupid hicks nothing good comes from it, including their speech. Even the ones who make an effort to speak properly still have that nigger accent.

It's almost if they have a different dialect, and you can't blame it 100% on laziness when it dates back to the slave era where blacks weren't allowed to be educated and adapted much of their language from southerners. It's not an easy thing to correct when it's passed down through generations.

I remember when they were actually going to legitimize bad speech patterns by calling it 'ebonics'.

If someone was to walk onto my property with a baseball bat and start wacking stuff like my cars and mailbox I would give him about 3 seconds to lay flat on the ground or I will shoot their nose out their ears. That is what stand your ground means.
If I was at a gas station and some punk just shot the clerk and was running out with a gun in his hand and mine was drawn and he tried to point it at me I would shoot his heart out his back no problem. That is stand your ground.
If I was coming out of a concert with my wife and a group of people blocked the walkway and threatened to rob me and rape my wife, I would shoot the biggest one there and sort out the pieces later. That is stand your ground.
If a big fat lady was running down a Walmart aisle with googly eyes trying to get at the moo-moo beans I was standing in front of and I didn't run like crazy or duck under a cart or something that would be suicide.
If some kid was walking in front of my house mumbling to himself about his life and basically just goofing off I would smile and wave. That is what the idiot Zimmerman should have done. All he did was make it harder for the real deal.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

These seem to be some examples of SYG laws gone wrong (although one was based on an "intruders bill" not SYG):
In November 2007, a Houston-area man pulled out a shotgun and killed two men whom he suspected of burglarizing his neighbor's home. Joe Horn, a 61-year-old retiree, called 911 and urged the operator, "Catch these guys, will you? Cause, I ain't going to let them go." Despite being warned to remain inside his home, Horn stated he would shoot, telling the operator, "I have a right to protect myself too, sir. The laws have been changed in this country since September the first, and you know it."
Two months earlier, the Texas Legislature passed a Stand Your Ground law removing a citizen's duty to retreat while in public places before using deadly force. In July 2008, a Harris County grand jury declined to indict Horn of any criminal charges.
In Louisiana early this year, a grand jury cleared 21-year-old Byron Thomas after he fired into an SUV filled with teenagers after an alleged marijuana transaction went sour. One of the bullets struck and killed 15-year-old Jamonta Miles. Although the SUV was allegedly driving away when Thomas opened fire, Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre said to local media that as far as Thomas knew, someone could have jumped out of the vehicle with a gun. Thomas, said the sheriff, had "decided to stand his ground."
Louisiana's Stand Your Ground law was enacted just a year after Florida introduced its law.
In March 2012, Bo Morrison was shot and killed by a homeowner in Wisconsin who discovered the unarmed 20-year-old on his porch early one morning. According to friends, Morrison was trying to evade police responding to a noise complaint at a neighboring underage drinking party. The homeowner, thinking Morrison was a burglar, was not charged by the local district attorney.
While Wisconsin doesn't have a Stand Your Ground law that extends to public spaces, Gov. Scott Walker signed an "intruders bill" in December 2011 that presumes somebody who uses deadly force against a trespasser in their home, business, or vehicle acted reasonably, whether or not the intruder was armed. Before the law was enacted, homeowners could only use deadly force if their own lives were at risk.
In April, 22-year-old Cordell Jude shot and killed Daniel Adkins Jr., a pedestrian who walked in front of Jude's car just as Jude was pulling up to the window of a Taco Bell drive-thru in Arizona. Jude claimed Adkins had waved his arms in the air, wielding what Judge thought was a metal pipeāit was actually a dog leash. Jude shot the 29-year-old Adkins, who was mentally disabled, once in the chest. As of May, an arrest had not been made in the April 3 shooting. Arizona passed a Stand Your Ground law in 2010.

I don't think you should be able to shoot someone just because they are on your property, what they are doing should determine whether a gun is brought into the equation. A drunken college student falling asleep on your porch is a hell of a lot different than a thug trying to break in. I just pulled those examples out of my butt.

The guy in Houston not only suspected the assholes had burgled his neighbors house, he was watching them do it while he was on the phone to 911, they then ran right across his porch. Had it been my neighbor, I would have bought him a steak dinner for smoking them.
The other kid wasn't sleeping off a drunk on the porch, he was running from police, the home owner had no way to know who or WTF reason he had to be there, only that he didn't belong.
The Taco Bell one I will give you, that one was stupid, so the guy waved his arms and even if he did have a pipe, the shooter was in no way in any imminent danger

The other folks weren't in imminent danger either. They were taking the law in to their own hands.

I concur.
If I was living in Florida and you saw a punk climbing out of my living room window with my daughters laptop I'd prefer it if you didn't take it upon yourself to shoot them in the spine. I'm insured I can buy my daughter a new laptop.
Wasn't there a case recently of some Florida cops mistaking a guy for a car thief and shooting and killing him? Oh well its legal to shoot and kill unarmed people in Florida, apparently.
