INDICA HUDDLESTON, 16, MISSING FROM UTAH

She reportedly had a small fight with her parents and ran away last Friday, but without her cell phone or any money.

She had left them a message that she was fine and being well taken care of, which they fear is indicative that someone lured her away on the internet and is now holding her against her will. She hasn't made contact with anyone since she left home.

After her disappearance, her mom (Andrea) and her dad (Bryan, who was reportedly recently diagnosed with cancer), scoured her on-line activity and found that Indica had been communicating with a lot of older men.

Indica's sister, Sierra, has launched a Facebook campaign to help find Indica.

I think there's a reasonable chance that Indica is alive and missing by choice. But, it is worrisome that she reportedly hasn't contacted anyone via social media, given her high level of activity on the internet in the past.

Hoping for a safe return on this one.

P.s. Thanks for the heads-up on this one, @Teacher!

Indica Huddleston was found safe on Friday, 8 / 23 p.m. in Salt Lake Valley - a week after she ran away from home after having an argument with her parents.

No details as to her activity during that week have been released.

Seems possible to me she was off doing whatever voluntarily and wanted her parents to worry. IF that's the case, that's one spoiled little diva they've got on their hands.

Glad she's safe, in any case.

It's good to see a case where the kid probably just hid out for a week until she blew off some steam (and scared the shit out of her parents), rather than the alternative that is becoming all too common.
