i just had a good laugh, that big mouth screamer on HLN jane valez mitchell just literally tried to chase baez down outside court. i was waiting for her to fall on her face. hah she was breathless from running!
she chased him right to a restaurant where he was going to have lunch. or a few stiff belts. hahahaha

According to Cindy's testimony the backyard is the same as it was the day of the pictures showed it to be with the exception that They filled an area in with cement on the side of the house. So I would assume that to mean, Yes that the pool is still there.

They will not deliberate past 6 p.m. today, unless they are close to a verdict, according to a court official.
Once a verdict is reached, the judge will give a 30 minute warning to allow the state, defense, defendant and all others to gather inside the courtroom.
Jury going back into court right now to be dismissed for night.
i bet they're going to the fireworks at disney!

Sheriff Dept. is patrolling suburban drive where Caylee's remains were found, as well as hopespring drive where the anthonys live. they are hoping to prevent any incidents/crowds. the neighbors have had ENOUGH.

Shannen Doherty would be good!! She has a reputation for being a real Bitch on the set. She is also one of those women that I just don't like for some reason. Sometimes I think she's sorta cute and the next second I think she is butt ugly with horse teeth....kinda how I feel about Casey!

another point of information:
if a guilty 1st degree comes in, there will be a penalty phase that will begin 48 hours later. the jury will remain sequestered. that hearing could be 3 to 5 days. it would be very dramatic and full of emotion from her parents and brother i am sure.
if she is convicted on anything lesser there will be a sentencing hearing anytime the judge says, could be weeks. the jurors would be released to go home.
