It's early Saturday morning, I am awake at 3.38am because I have a killer migraine that I had all day Friday. I took some pain killers and slept, after they wore off, I woke up with the rager migraine. I have had to get up and take some more pain killers, waiting for them to kick in.

Rub one out, Lucy. The endorphins will speed the painkillers into your system quicker.

ETA: No, I'm not being misogynistic, nor am I interested in you reporting back. It's a comment based on the comments made by a few migraine suffering female friends I have.

Footage of you celebrating passing your GA DL test at the bar next to the DMV has gone viral, rams.

IDK, crash.

If I told you that I was restless in the wee hours of the morning and you made such a suggestion without offering to at least lend a hand, I might consider that a bit misogynistic (or selfish, at the very least).

It's just grotesque in the extreme. He might have some female friends who have reported this finding to him, but I don't see it as evidence based practice that is backed with actual scientific research ensure that his assertions are correct. It doesn't smack of an expert opinion that's for sure.

My migraines are the real deal, in the past I have had to have injections to get rid of them. Last night, I dissolved the pain killers first so that they could get into the blood stream quicker. I took them orally of course. Had a horrible night of it though last night.

hah While I wouldn't have imagined otherwise, good to know.

I didn't think it was a grotesque suggestion; I like hangover sex (rarely have headaches otherwise).

But, I've never had a migraine - hear they suck big time.

Well, you never know I just thought I should clear that up in case you had any doubts or suspicions.

Call me old fashioned, but I am a stickler for best practice guidelines. It's how I live my life.

As for them sucking, I am in so much pain I go way past cranky or being in a bad mood. It's kind of like being tied to a chair with the country music channel blaring in front of you. Torture.

I get migraines and they ARE horrible. Imitrex is the only thing that works. I don't get them that often anymore but I got them a lot when I was married. I have to lay completely still in a dark room with an ice bag over my eyes and just sleep it off. I couldn't have sex or self pleasure to save my life when I have a migraine. Stress is usually the trigger for me.

No worries. Maybe it's just a brain aneurysm. Go back to sleep. Worst case, they'll figure it out at the autopsy.

If getting a GA drivers license involves any kind of test (driving or written), I'm sure they'll let you try again in a few weeks. Never give up on your dreams.

Yes when you have a really sore head the last thing you are in the mood for is a wank.

As usual dicksplash crash doesn't know what the flying fuck he is talking about. Reading his posts is like inviting raw sewage directly into your brain.

Of course you don't feel like doing it, it's a means to a fucking end. Not many people feel like having a root canal or a cortisone injection either, but if it gets rid of that toothache or their arthritis; they do it for the end relief.

I've only had a few really bad migraine headaches in my time. A couple of painkillers, a quick *ahem* and a sleep and I've woken much better. Of course, this isn't going to be the best course of action if you're at work, in public or at a friends house blah blah..

I don't get headaches often, and don't have hangovers often either. But, when I do, sex takes my mind off of the head throbbing and makes me feel physically better. I prefer it with the sexy bastard who got me drunk or otherwise caused me a headache in the first place, but masturbation helps too.

It's not the same for everyone though; few things are.

Thirty-seven percent of cluster headache patients said sex helped lessen the pain, with 90 percent of those patients who had sex saying they experienced moderate to complete relief of headaches. However, 50 percent of them said sex only made headaches worse.

Study researcher Stefan Evers, a neurologist and headache specialist at the University of Munster in Germany, told LiveScience that sex releases endorphins, which are natural painkillers. Other studies have shown that sex can alleviate migraines, but the studies were done on a smaller scale. Evers suggested that masturbation or any sexual activity may be able to get rid of headaches in some people.

So, crash, we seem to be compatible when it comes to sex for purely medicinal reasons. Wanna dance real slow to Sexual Healing, get really drunk, and....? Playing with you, of course.

Marijuana seriously helps me a lot with the occasional headache, too (medicinal or recreational, smoked alone or with a partner - doesn't matter).
