He was like family to me. More like a second cousin though so I'm not ashamed to have the hots for him. He died a month before I was born so I didn't stay home from school that day, but after I began kindergarten I was always allowed to stay home on the anniversary of his death.

The Waltons were also like second family to me. Some of you may know my good friend John-boy.
