THE EASTER BUNNY!

Did he come to your house when you were a kid? Did the Tooth Fairy?

hah

I can remember being crushed when learning there was no Santa, absolutely crushed. Kudos to my Mom for being honest when I asked. I had what I know now was a WTF moment, probably my first one.

Had them all. Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Santa, even the New Years Baby.

All of the above, as did my kids and now my grand kids.

Do people in other countries have these silly customs? I know everyone has Santa but what about the other ones.

Yes they do, many of our holidays have an analog other places. Thanksgiving and 4th of July not so much.

I'd like to think so. Although she probably doesn't leave as much as in other places.

Now that this subject was brought up, these really are silly customs. I mean a fairy that comes into your house while you're sleeping and takes your teeth? I probably should look up the story behind the Tooth Fairy because I don't have a clue what it is.

Easter was my favorite when I was a kid, I always got a big stuffed bunny.

When my kids were little my mom and dad would make up their Easter baskets and I'd drop them off at their house to get all hopped on sugar and make a big mess with colored boiled eggs. Unfortunately I don't have them anymore. My kids only have one grandparent left and that's my husband's dad, but he doesn't give a shit about doing stuff like that for his grandkids. My husband calls him Grandpa Zero.

Since most of the residents are damned near toothless, I'd say: "Repeatedly!".

She leaves Food Stamps and Newports . . . instead of cash.
