Hey, I know and like somebody who says "Jesus wept", too. It's his signature, actually.
Crash...
My BIL really likes the band Crash ^, from South Korea. Me too. Never heard of them until now. I like it too. I have a young lady friend in SK who is currently making a name for herself in the metalcore genere with a band called Silent Hell. These two should bill together. Kin's somewhat of a novelty in that she can growl with the best of them. Chech her ouit:

I never in a gazillion years would've dreamed that someone would do a metal cover of that.
The crowd looked kinda 'into it' too which was amazing, especially that dark haired gal that looked right at the camera.
She looked a lot like HotD.
THAT'S how you knew that cover existed.
You've lived it lady!

Thanks for the pointer. No problem. As a general rule, putting on studded leather wrist bands does not make a band metal. It's in the lyric, structure and the sound produced by the band. Image was a big deal in the 80's but not so much now for the most part unless we're talking "Black metal.". Also, metal has evolved a lot since the 80's so even a lot of the 80's "Glam metal" bands like Poison, Motley Crue, and even modern day Metallica are commonly referred to as Hard rock or Glam now.

I liked Silent Hell.
Thought the voice belonged to the teenaged girl in the video story at first -- I was shocked.
Not shocking, but still a bit surprising and cool to see Kin belting it out. It sounds like she's pulling from deep; that's a pretty strong growl.
