I had a great weekend in the sun grilling and tilling and swimming like a frog.
Then on the way into work I was at a light and in a doorway was a lady maybe 65 yrs old picking up some fluffy slippers she had in the doorway. She shook them, felt them for wetness and slapped them together a few times and as she walked in the house she started sniffing the fucking things. yuk!!

It was an awesome weekend, I can't wait to do it again. I love the sound of silence. well, except for the thumping of my music.

I am thinking that from all the replies that's a normal thing? Or maybe I'm just an impatient shit.

I love loud music just not thumping from a car. Sometimes I think I have a flat tire when a rapmobile pulls up besides me.

I don't love the sound of silence in Mock. It bothers the hell out of me, if she breathed I'd be looking for the rise & fall of her chest.

When the album came out critics were all over it calling it a repeat of their other albums but I kinda liked it.

Great weekend here too.
It's hot here in Southern California, but my 1-star motel does have a kick-ass air-conditioner. And, a view of the Denny's dining room!
The mounted shower head is set for a midget. At 5'5", I have to crouch down under it and it takes about 10 minutes to get all the shampoo outta my hair --given the water pressure is.....non-existent.
But, I do have 5 tv stations at my disposal and caught the 2014 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductions on HBO2 between a great early dinner with the family and an embarrassing darts defeat with my sister yesterday.
I wasn't a huge Nirvana fan, but I liked their stuff. Joan Jett did the Cobain part for Smells Like Teen Spirit in the live performance. She and the Blackhearts should be in Hall of Fame, damn it!

No, much further south than Central.
It's a Motel 6. Cheap and right off the freeway between mom's and my nephew's.
It's comfortable actually -- as long as I keep the curtains closed and I'm not too LAZY to get in the shower plenty early.

Don't be dissin' the LBC!! (You know I wanna post up some Snoop Dogg, but I'll resist -- too many armed posters in this place.)
No gloom. Very clear and very warm and very dry -- I've gotten used to an almost constant breeze up north. Sunny and happy here, though.
So, did you sniff anything good this weekend, MS?

Feet are the ugliest thing on a person Umu Thurman's feet come to mind. Imagine dating by the look of the feet. You never know what you'll get.

I did sniff my basketball sneakers yesterday (after my wife banished them to the garage).
They not smell so good.
I put odor eaters in them 6 months ago.
I think it's safe to say the average odor water is effective for LESS than 6 months.

You should not put malodorous water in your filthy Air Jordans, odor eaters or not, unless you're looking to breed a Chia-Pet, MS.
I can only imagine the look on your wife's face when she was picking up those pungent soggy hairy sneakers.
But, that probably wasn't as priceless as the looks on your kids' faces when they caught you in the dark corner of the garage, sniffing and fondling the ousted treasures, with tears rolling down your cheeks.
