We have a serious problem, i purchase this item to be used with my wife. I received it today and noticed that the box was re-taped or taped several times. At the time I didn't think anything of it. I took it out of the box and set it up, everything was just in the box once again didn't think any thing of it. My wife went to use it and it didn't work correctly. Upon closer inspection we noticed that the book had written answers in it. Then we noticed what appear to be human contents on the single insert. This upsets us very much because that was inside my wife and clearly it was used before.


There is even a place to upload a video! Which no one has done.
