The family of the 13 year old girl who was pronounced dead some 9 months ago after a routine tonsil and adenoid surgery, are now looking to have her medically declared as alive.

Uhm so then who would keep paying for her care? I suppose us the taxpayers..

Listen I feel for this family I really do.I know as a parent we would like to keep.our kids with us as long as possible.But imo this young lady is DEAD.It's been fucking almost a year.They supposedly have video showing Jahi twitching her foot on command.I haven't seen it though.

Frankly I think this girl will be a vegetable for the rest of whatever life she has left.Why would the family want this kind of life for her?

They need to let her go..poor girl.It's selfish of the family to be doing this.

They aren't putting her first, they are putting themselves first. Many people are the same way when it comes to their animals who should be put down, they put their feelings ahead of quality of life. It's selfish.
