He'll end up in Jackson at some point, whether that is his final destination or not. Jackson quarantine is brutal but he'll be fairly safe there. Once he gets to his regular joint, the GP will be on him like white on rice. He'll be exploited and probably have to take voluntary lockdown. From cops to inmates; do NOT fuck with kids. Social inequality is alive & well in America and nowhere is it more prevalent than in a court of law...Havingthe abilityto be well represented determines the outcome every time...I know some will disagree with that statement but, I see proof of it consistantly...To say that everyone is represented equally would be an out & out lie...I have no doubt that if you had unlimited financial resources your daughter would be with you even as I type this...

I've had my own bullshit with the system and it believe me when I tell you having the better attorney and being able to pay for it is not really going to help - even using OJ as the example.... it's the whole system.

Stupid judges, stupid jurists and imbeciles who can't fill out forms properly and on time compound the issue.

Keep careful notes with dates and times on your kid.

If she ever shows signs of abnormality in the psyche because of this, consult a lawyer and shrink for her. When she's old enough and the statute of limitations allows have HER sue the shit out of these assholes. I think she can. You couldn't but I am almost sure she can somehow.

If they can prove through her pain and suffering what they did was unnecessary she's got a case. Your lawyer will know.

I do know the longer you're in 'treatment' (injury or psyche) the greater the 'damage' and you want to bring suit at the last possible moment. You would have to file at the end of the statute of limitations for filing but once it's filed, treatment can go on for years.

It's a well known fact that family court often favors the mother even when she is the lesser parent. It's not fair but that's the way it is.

They would cut off their nose to spite their face. They would rather have the lawyers, courts, and shrinks make money off it while the child suffers instead of talking like two rational adults. Unfortunately I have no control over it since they made her a ward of the court. But she is in counseling.

The sad part is that for the last 4 ¹⁄₂ of the 6 years I've had full sole custody no visitation we've gotten along great and done everything we can to avoid fighting the types of nasty shithole ex fights people normally get into. Like I mentioned before, I never kept my kid from her mom. We've always worked out our own visitations. But unfortunately because of what happened to my little girl the courts involved themselves without either of us really wanting it.
