Took my daughter to our LifeTime outdoor pool yesterday. It's a big reason we keep our membership; to enjoy the pool during summer.
Well, for the second time in three weeks some toddler shit in the pool 5 minutes after we sat down. It then takes an hour or so to clean and sterilize the water (while everyone is kicked out). Very frustrating.

I said lets at least identify the offenders and kick them and their kids out. He says they never know who the offenders are. The poop is just mysteriously discovered. Total horseshit.

There comes a point when decisions have to be made for a group as a whole. They need to sacrifice that membership for the good of the others.

I bought a new Beauty Rest bed and when I laid on it at the furniture store it felt like the most comfortable one to both me and my husband. It's hard to tell at the furniture store because you don't want to be laying in the beds for too long looking like a moron. But now that they delivered it today and I gave it another try the damn thing feels like a board. It's super duper firm. I guess I can't knock it until I try sleeping in it tonight.

You should do some PI work on this one, Rockfish. You could get a hold of the sign-in sheet for the day in question. Then, stakeout those menacing little 3 and 4 year olds and interrogate them when their guards are down -- at the playground or the toy store or something. Just in case you can't get any of them to crack, take some zip lock baggies and demand a stool sample from each of the suspects. Next time it happens, scoop the poop from the pool and ask CSI to extract DNA and run it against your samples. Gotchya! Then you can have the book thrown at the little asshole. Case closed.

Yeah, I'm sure the manager has nothing better to do than stare into the hot sun waiting for the culprit to make his move.

That was years ago, but I remember it being very nice. I also saw Blaire from The Facts Of Life tv show there. I only live an hour away and have the little one so we get the annual pass. It's a little getaway every once in a while. They also have the magic hour where if you stay at a Disney resort you get an hour before or after the parks close or open just for resort guests. So most of the lines are 5 mins.

I almost bought one last year but didn't because a guy I know went nuts sleeping on it one summer. I think he used a chain saw on it in the fall. That foam they use is cheap so they try and sell them like a real bed. I hear the bed people make a ton of money off them. They actually sell for more than a regular bed.

Turns out it was very comfortable. I didn't wake up with my hips and back aching like with my old Sealy Posturepedic. I don't know what kind of foam is in there, but it's really firm. When my son sat on it he said I may as well sleep on the floor, but when you lay down in it, it's comfortable. It's the hardest bed I've ever had, but the first time I can remember not tossing and turning all night.

Night one, good rest, no pains, hope another post will be the same after a couple of weeks duration.
