Real Estate agent rang this morning with an offer on my house. My bluff has been called..

Pretty slick calling it a "waffle house"

Sometimes I think I'd like to live in the world your mind operates in, mags, just to see what it's like. The other 99.999% the time I'd run like a black boy from a slaver away from it.

Yeah well I'd like to have a potato sack race with a kangaroo too but will probably have to settle for an extra sugar in my coffee.

Well you'd beat him every time in a sack. Unless you cut a hole in his for his tail to go through..

If I'm not around as much it's because I've taken up working crossword puzzles. I don't know why. They give me a headache but maybe that's the result of engaging parts of my brain that haven't been utilized in about a decade.
How the fuck can about a 1lb. bag of walnuts cost over $11.00? I was shopping today and I guess I haven't been paying attention. Every item I needed to buy seemed ridiculously over priced. Commando Cunt Queen

Yeah sure. I won't be around much either because I've taken up knitting pot holders and weaving baskets.

I've taken up crocheting clever knick knacks and cozy home decor.
But, I'll be around all the same once I finish whipping up your Christmas gifts. The earth-toned tissue box cover set is for you, sally.

Do you have a rocking chair you do that on? Are there any kids named Hansel & Gretel in the hood?

The knob warmer is for you, Maggot. It'll come in handy for all kinds of things.

No Hansel and Gretel here, but I do work my craft magic from the creeky old rocking chair beside the cauldron. You, my little pretty, are getting a stylish cold-weather ensemble that's sure to get you noticed. And, Gunnar's getting one of these little numbers, which ALL men can rock.

Given I can't find these puppies in stock anywhere I must be the last person in the world to have heard about Star Shower Laser Lights. Bummer. They look kickass.

I'd never heard of them before your post. They are really cool. I just bought two lights and two bases on-line for my backyard; paid for expedited shipping, so hopefully they'll arrive sometime next week. https://www.starshoweroffer.com/index.cgi

I thought it looked so fricken cool and I wondered where they were getting those gorgeous lights that hung on their home. I had never seen anything like it before and today I was talking to a friend who was raving about these star shower lights and it hit me that this is what the people down the road have. I was so excited to order some but they were sold out every single place I looked. Thanks, Hot D, I really do appreciate the link. I wanted those fuckin' lights and now I've ordered them. *claps like a seal*

Thanks for posting about them Duchess. I wanna start using the backyard more and those lights are so cool. I hope they get here soon.
For the first couple of years I owned my house, the backyard was gorgeous at night with little white lights strung throughout the large plants around the perimeter. But, I was always having to get up on the ladder and replace burned out bulbs. It was a pain in the ass and expensive. The laser lights seem much easier (and cheaper electricity-wise too).

I've thought about cutting my hair off to my shoulders pretty much everyday for a couple months now. I would like this thought to pass because I will probably regret it if I do. Is that trivial drivel enough?

I dream about the days when my hair grew to my shoulders..
