So, she left him and his teenaged son to find another way home, just like she said she was gonna do."
(DV Agent): "And......did she punch him, pinch him, slap him, bite him, run him over with the car, put a gun to his head, rape him, ........what?"
(Mocker): "No, nothing like that. But, I know this woman on the internet who watches the crime channel all the time. She says the girlfriend is a psycho for driving away without the men. She says leaving the men behind in the big scary world was an act of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE!!! She's right, right?
(DV Agent): "No. That woman on the internet is not right -- that bitch is straight up crazy. Psychos like her diminish true domestic violence victims. I just bet it's that aussiefriend woman again. Tell her she'd better not call here and tie up our lines with such blithering idiocy or I'll personally kick her ass into next week."

Right now, my idea of fun would be to teach all the birds in the neighborhood to shit on my husbands windshield.

What did he do? Slide up behind you while you were at the pottery wheel and attempt to recreate the scene from 'Ghost'?

Ring your domestic violence hotline over there and ask them if it falls under the category of domestic violence. She placed them in harms way, I dare say she has also physically threatened in the past too.

Listen you stupid bitch, I don't need to explain myself. Don't blame me if you've never seen the bannaphone youtube video(that I didn't post) that would make my previous post make sense.

BOOM BOOM. That's why I kept getting the busy signal when trying to get through, you must have kept her on the line for ages.
You are getting pretty good at this shit HoTD. You should be a sitcom writer, but for Ally McBeal type show. That way you could address the issues, I may even do a cameo.

Do you feel sadness or relief at being single again? Other than time spent with your son your free time is basically yours to spend exactly as you wish, do you find that appealing? I don't feel much of anything at all. One of the side effects of my childhood is an extraordinarily strong defense mechanism that basically shuts everything down. Upside is it makes these situations a lot more tolerable and easier to talk about on messageboards where I know they'll almost certainly be mocked but the downside is I really don't have a lot.of control over when or if any feeling comes back. It also has a tendency to slip over into apathy and clinical depression if I don't find reasons to get up.

It will be fine Don. You just need to let loose and work through the feelings. I always buried my feings and put on a smile and went on. It takes a toll eventually. Like your gallbladder will blow up and you end up in the hospital for 4 days. Or you have a complete breakdown in front of people when your son ends up back in rehab. It's embarassing.

Alright, I'll write you in.
You won't even need to get dressed to make your appearance.
Somehow, I think such a performance ^ would come quite naturally to you.
