If your significant other wanted to get a boob job, would you be okay with it?
If they wanted to enhance their body in other ways, would you be okay with it?
Would you prefer it or suggest it?

I don't think I'd have a problem with breast enhancement, all the world loves pretty boobs but I have this thing about people being happy with themselves just the way they are. A lot of people see themselves as flawed where the rest of the world sees nothing wrong at all. I'd probably suggest a shrink before I'd suggest a plastic surgeon.

Not a boob job. Fake tits look cold and rigid at times. Now, if she wanted to get like, a robotic arm that could finally open all the jars in the house... where do I sign?

I don't see anything wrong with boob jobs, having had the honor of playing with several I have to say I am a fan especially if they work. Some women need a little help with other parts, I have seen some very nice face lift work done, but i have seen a lot of horror story nightmare fuel too.
If a woman has a real flaw like turkey neck or drooping eyelids, by all means getting that fixed is ok.
However, a full on mod making you look like a completely different person is not, with me anyway.
I thought about hair implants for a while, but several years ago I said fuckit.
Nothing wrong with getting a grill fixed.

Boob job is fine. A little face tweak is fine. But not the weird stuff. I'm pretty conservative.

I think it's ok for a woman to get plastic surgery as long as it looks natural and she doesn't go overboard, but I think it's weird for a man.

Boob job is fine as long as they're not ridiculously big.

Some of the things that get done are fantastic in that they help with one's confidence but other things are just so outlandish and plastic looking.

I would never suggest it to him.
It would surprise me if he felt he needed to surgically alter himself for cosmetic purposes. But, what he does with his body is his choice and I wouldn't try to interfere or anything.
I think it might turn me off a little though. Confidence and keeping it real are qualities that attract me in the first place.

I think so too. I also think it's weird when men color their hair. I don't mind that salt & pepper look on a man at all, I don't mind bald either.
I have a thing for facial hair too.

If my husband told me he wanted botox or liposuction I'd think he went insane. Even coloring his hair is going to far for him.

Many Boob jobs look good in the beginning, not no much later on!

Yeah. I'm sexist in this regard. I've seen women who have overdone it and I think it's gross and I wonder how the men in their life stand having women with big fat duck lips or frozen faces.
That said, a guy who goes in for even a
little work? Yuk. That's very unmasculine to me. Guys (real guys...guy's guys) aren't supposed to be that in to their looks. It's a big turn off for me. Good hygiene, great. Beyond that...not so much. The ONLY thing my husband does is shave his back sometimes when he/we are going on a tropical vacation or something. I don't know...he doesn't have a lot of back hair (and most of it is blonde) but that's his one vanity; he hates his back hair. I can live with that but I'd freak out (like Sally) if my husband said he wanted botox or liposuction or...anything. His hair is getting a little thin and I suggested he at least try some of the hair growing treatments etc. He looked at me like I'd gone insane. I love that he really doesn't care and certainly isn't going to put any medicine on his head because of it. Manly.

Real men don't lose their hair. If that shit falls out, you pick it up, rub some dirt on it, and stick it the fuck back in your head.
