SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Nearly 15 hours after a riot at a Northern California prison, guards found a missing inmate sawed nearly in two, with his abdominal organs and most chest organs removed, his body folded and stuffed into a garbage can in a shower stall a few doors from his cell.

Once in the slammer the crimes committed are lost and never seen by the press. Almost like a hidden and forbidden non crime. Their brains are squirming like a toad.

I wonder if Rodriguez snitched.
He spilled his guts, so his cellmate or somebody else spilled his guts?
However and whyever it went down, there's no reason that the California Department of Corrections doesn't know something about what happened by now - unless the guards at the Vacaville facility are being less than cooperative and/or surveillance was destroyed.
Anyway, I hope his mother gets some answers soon. But, I won't be surprised if the Corrections Dept fears a lawsuit and she remains in the dark for some time and eventually gets an account of the incident that places a lot of blame on her son.

If you're right Clang, Stewsday Tuesday will likely be a day of fasting for some of Rodriguez's fellow prisoners.
They hated his guts.
He left a bad taste in their mouths.

Perez is the suspect in Rodriguez's murder, but authorities reportedly don't have evidence to charge him. He is being held in segregation.
