The excecution of Boehner

I hope Meadows plan works and he is ousted. There is a need for a new speaker, and its about time.

He's a big baby, cries at the drop of a hat. A very emotional dude.

They should have gotten rid of him in November when they had the chance.

His spine was removed years ago, he can only stand upright because of the strings supporting him.

First I've heard about it too but by all appearances, he's completely inept at his job.

Republican in-fighting in Congress; that's how I see it.

The Tea Party Republicans, like Mark Meadows, contend that Boehner is essentially not conservative and strong enough -- that he is subservient to the executive branch. That strikes me as funny; I don't see any Republicans in Congress, including Boehner (who tried to sue Obama), as being under the thumb of the President.

I do not believe that Meadows' bid to oust Boehner will succeed. He'd need to muster a majority vote of the entire chamber -- Republicans and Democrats.

But, I agree that Boehner sucks (and he's got a lot of like company on the Hill in that regard, IMO).
