Andy Slavitt, a senior adviser to the White House’s COVID team, on Thursday applauded the Trump administration’s Operation Warp Speed for the “record time” in which the COVID vaccine was developed, after months of Biden administration officials claiming they had been forced to start from scratch on vaccine distribution efforts.
“We’re grateful for the work that came before us and are doing the best we can to continue it and accelerate it,” Slavitt said on Fox News. “I would absolutely tip my hat. … The Trump administration made sure that we got in record time a vaccine up and out. That’s a great thing and it’s something we should all be excited about.”
The comment contradicts other Biden administration officials who have claimed their predecessors left them “a mess” of a vaccine rollout. The president has previously called Trump’s vaccine distribution a “dismal failure.”

On one hand it is hilarious that people are still forking over their money to him even while he straight up tells them he gets to spend it as he wants to and on the other it is very unsettling to see just how many fundamentally dumb people there actually are and this is only a fraction of them. I used to make jokes about them voting. It's not so funny any more.

trump might be the best thing that ever happened in getting people up off their asses and making their voices heard at the polls. It's going to be generations before that nightmare is forgotten. Good!

No one would need a vaccine if it wasn't for trump and his lying & denying that the Coronavirus was even a thing. He did nothing while it spread across America.

It is astounding the way you think he did all these wonderful things for America.

You are either brainwashed or insane or both.The only way to have stopped it from spreading would be to immediately stop all international travel the moment it was discovered which wouldn't go over so well. And even then it was most likely already here. There are no magic masks and test kits that just stop viruses.
