Fucking California. Our prices are stupidly high here (although Hawaii is far worse). But that makes some damn sense at least…they’re out in the middle of the ocean FFS…u have to expect that shit there.
I lean towards organic eggs but a lot of times I’m also shopping for them by expiration date. I don’t want some that will expire before we get around to them. I’m not willing to pay for organic herbs and veggies and stuff. I’ll wash ‘em well instead.

You realize that there are local to you,  egg farmers that are cheaper,  right?

My neighbor has chickens. Are u suggesting I try to buy eggs from them or raise chickens myself so I don’t have to pay so much for chickens at the grocery store (where they’re actually conveniently available)? 

Dumb bitch. I’d probably spend more in gas (and I value my time as well) searching out fucking egg farmers in my area.

I don't know what you're suggesting,  but I've never paid more than 4 bucks for a dozen eggs.   Mebbe you should look at yourself  when you call people a stupid bitch because I know of 3 small farms in California that charge 5 dollars or less for a dozen eggs.   Meh,  you can afford 10 bucks a dozen,  right?

You know of 3 farms in California? Do you know how big the state is? I’m underwhelmed by that tid bit of information.

Pffttt, you know that Trump or someone in his administration recently inferred that maybe people should get chickens if they’re concerned about egg prices, right? Can u imagine how that suggestion would sit with people living in studio apartments in urban areas anywhere in the U.S.? How the FUCK are those people supposed to raise chickens or get to local farms to buy them?

Trump talks about his “mandates” all the time (or did in the first few weeks). One mandate was addressing the price of eggs and the economy.
