trump has been found guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records. The former president is a convicted felon. A third of the country will be okay with that and want more of it.

So does that mean he definitely can't be President? Convicted felons can't run for President, right?

I think he will not do jail time, but will be "confined" to his home. Which would not be the worst punishment for him. (Assuming he can have visitors or a staff that take care of him)
