This thing is the best owned on for about 6 months now don't have to use the bathroom at work anymore. Less constipated plus Hillary Clinton uses one. Takes a while to get used it it got the 9" one you need to have it about a foot or two away from the toliet took a while to figure that out.

I hear the squatty potty works really well for constipation. A friend of mine with chronic problems swears by the thing.
