Sure. Ex is a nutcase. This is why my daughter lives with me and has no contact with her Mother.
Last time i had any contact with her was me taking her to court for the bazillionth time because my daughter had a school excursion to China and she would not sign the passport application and she told the judge AND had her friend sign an affidavit saying i was going to ascond with my daughter to North Korea.

After a very quick verification from me that i, not only had no connection or prospects in North Korea, but that North Korea was one of the last places i would take my daughter, my ex went on another rant. The judge patiently and quietly informed her that he understood WHAT she was saying but that it just bore no relation to reality.
That was 3 years ago. I have been really worried for years that my ex would flex her Mother's privileges to fuck things up for my little girl before my girl turned 18 and the parental authorities by law would disappear. My girl turned 18 this year. She is safe.
